International Youth Policy activities are based on a multilateral approach – work in committees of the European Union, the European Council, the Stability Pact for South East Europe, the UN and others.
With some countries agreements on youth exchange activities exist within the framework of bilateral cultural agreements – for example currently with: Egypt, Belgium, Bulgaria, China, Finland, France, Italy, Croatia, Luxembourg, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Romania, the Russian Federation, Serbia and Montenegro, Slovakia, Slovenia, the Czech Republic, Tunisia and Hungary.
