VTOe
The Association of Austrian Technology Centers - VTOe is the national coordination institution of Technology, Innovation and Start-Up Centers in Austria since 1989.
The VTOe is a non-profit organisation and currently is responsible for a network of about 90 Centers and supports regional economic development of these centers by providing various services and project support.

One of the Austrian technology centers offer coaching for innovation-oriented enterprises.
- incuba train Certified European Incubation Manager Training
The main aim of this project is to adapt the existing "Incubation Manager" - course (a higher qualification course of the Association of Austrian Technology Centers) for Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia (special needs and regional situation of their SMEs) in train-the-trainer courses.
Therefore a modular structure according to the guidelines of the European Certification and Qualification Association (www.ecqa.org) of the training content was developed and a certification as a new European job profile is now possible.
This project is carried out with the financial support of the Commission of the European Communities under the Life Long Learning Programme Leonardo da Vinci.
- centrope_tt (former CENTRIS)
is an international experts community for technology transfer and innovation support acting in the bordering regions of Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia - called CENTROPE. Supported by an 2 mil. EUR EU-project, 15 centrope_tt partner institutions are currently establishing tools for stimulation of cross-border technology transfer between enterprises and universities. The VTOe is partner of the centrope_tt project which is leaded by ecoplus - the Business Agency of Lower Austria.
