Tasks and targets of the Service Centre

  • We provide insight and information about the BMWFJ's entire body of work and are happy to receive your ideas and suggestions.
  • We are the interface to expert contacts in the different Directorates General and will assist you in getting in touch with them.
  • We undertake great efforts to resolve even difficult queries and complaints rapidly and efficiently.
  • We will also be pleased to send you information material or welcome you at our Centre.
  • We are at your service from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 16:00 CET.
