Electronic foreign trade administration 

The electronic foreign trade administration system offers all information and documents (application forms, explanatory notes) you may need for importing as well as details on the application procedure (list of goods and items) for exporting.

The following submenu items provide access to paperless foreign trade administration services such as electronic submission of applications and issuing of licenses and monitoring documents.

An easy-to-use online Internet service (involving no postal deliveries) allows you to  submit applications for import licenses or surveillance documents electronically relating to:

  • textiles and clothing products
    - originating in North Korea and Belarus (unilateral import limits)

  • iron and steel products
    - originating in Russia (bilateral import limits)
    - originating in Kazakhstan (unilateral import limits)
    - originating in third countries within the prior surveillance import measure

The electronic foreign trade administration system offers an online Internet service (involving no postal deliveries) allowing users to electronically submit applications for export licenses relating to

  • military items.
